WHAT IS THE RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS POLICY?
The complaint will be immediately forwarded to the appropriate department. Depending on the type of dispute, you will be asked by e-mail to send us up to 5 examples of the product in question to be able to assess the defects, indicating the order number, to the following address:

Please note that shipping costs as well as costs for the return to sender of the parcel we will not be refunded. Damaged parcells will not be accepted.
Warning: if we can not make a comprehensive assessment of the returns based on the samples provided, we reserve the right, in your interests, to request the additionall return of the entire delivery in question.
Deadlines for sending claim
In case you want to send a return please note the following deadlines within which the complaint must be within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Please send any complaint within this deadline. Any claim made after the deadlines will not be considere.
Despite using printing machines of the latest generation, it can happen that you create minimal differences of color.
The printing result depends on many factors such as the nature of the material, the degree of whiteness and other circumstances. Even the climatic environment such as temperature and humidity may influence the outcome. Differences in color can be due to our production system (the best use of printing plates and our machinery) and fall within the tolerance range of processing. These therefore do not constitute, reasoning for complaint.
You must consider that the last 2/3 meters of each roll is not printed for technical reasons.
